3 Questions To Ask When You Feel Angry
If you are reading this, I know that you have experienced anger at one point in time in your life. We all have. Anger is very difficult to avoid. You may even be feeling angry right now. But why are you angry?
You see, your reaction of anger is just a manifestation of fruit stemming from an invisible root. The root of your anger must be located. Something or someone has roused up an emotion on the inside of you. You must investigate and diagnose the root cause of this reaction. How do you do that?
Here are three questions to consider that will identify the root cause of your anger.
- Who hurt me?
- Why did it upset me?
- What am I afraid of?
Honestly answering these questions will help determine the root issue of your anger.
Maybe you need to let a person go, forgive them and move forward. Maybe the situation isn’t as bad as you originally felt. Maybe fear has gripped your heart. Maybe you’re afraid of running out of money, time, patience or anything else of value. Maybe you are overreacting.
Once you have found the root, you can dig it up and eliminate the fruit of anger. And be free!
